• Using Stonfa’s AI tools to generate content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to logos, brand names, and website content.

2.5. Resource Abuse

• Excessive use of system resources that disrupts the normal operation of the Services, including bandwidth, storage, or processing power.
• Running unauthorized scripts, bots, or automated processes that could interfere with the functionality of the Services or negatively impact other users.

2.6. Misuse of Stonfa’s AI Tools

• Using Stonfa’s AI tools to create or distribute content that is misleading, harmful, or violates any laws or regulations.
• Generating or promoting content that could deceive or manipulate users, such as deepfakes, fake news, or false endorsements.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with Stonfa’s AI models or systems.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your actions and the content you upload, create, or distribute using the Services. You agree to use the Services in a manner that is ethical, legal, and respectful of others.
• You must ensure that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You must keep your account information secure and promptly report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to Stonfa.

4. Enforcement and Penalties

Stonfa reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this AUP, including but not limited to:

• 4.1. Account Suspension or Termination: Stonfa may suspend or terminate your account, restrict access to the Services, or remove content that violates this AUP, without prior notice.
• 4.2. Legal Action: In cases of severe or repeated violations, Stonfa may take legal action against you, including pursuing damages, injunctions, or other remedies available under applicable law.
• 4.3. Cooperation with Authorities: Stonfa may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities to investigate and address violations of this AUP, including sharing user information as required by law.
